“Winemaking starts in the vineyard early in the spring and is monitored closely until the fruit ripens to the optimal condition of the vintage. The most important point in my winemaking philosophy is making sure that each fermenting lot completes a healthy and clean fermentation. Each lot receives individualized attention and care to expose its best quality. Final blending brings good balance of fruit and wood character. The wine has good firm structure with a decent amount of tannin present for aging. You will notice a lot of life in the bottle for years to come.”
